Installation Instructions

(INNO Keyless & Electronic Deadbolt)

Step 1 Drill Holes

Drill a 2-1/8”(54mm) hole on door face from both sides just below the mortise lock.

Step 2 Install Cylinder

Install the cylinder provided by us. In case of existing mortise lock, the existing cylinder is to be replaced with ours.

Step 3 Install Bracket

1. Install the Internal Body Bracket vertically and adjust the position of bracket as the center of cylinder crank having torque blade to be even with the center of bracket main hole.

2. Tighten the bracket on the door with 4 screws.

Step 4 Install External Body

1. Insert harness of external body into the door hole and pull it out to opposite side through the slip of internal body bracket.

2. Insert rivets of back plate of external body into door hole until external body touches door face.

3. Insert machine screws through the center slip of internal body bracket, engaging holes of rivets of external body and tighten them firmly.

4. If machine screws are not enough to hold firmly then use the longer one.

Step 5 Install Internal Body

1. Connect harness from external body with connector on PCB of Internal Body.

2. Connect the harness of magnet sensor with connector on PCB.

3. Fix internal body to the bracket with 4 screws.

4. Find the proper position of magnet sensor beside or below internal body and fix it with 2 screws.

5. Fix the magnet at the position on door frame facing the magnet sensor.

Step 6 Choose Motor Direction

1. The motor direction of the lock is set at Left Hand (LH) door from the factory.

2. Remove battery cover and load 4 batteries and test the lock by touching Open/Close Button.

3. If motor direction is not properly adjusted, the automatic locking function will not work. In this case, please change the motor direction.

4. To adjust motor direction from LH to Right Hand (RH) door, push 123 button under battery cover at internal body and push “7” on keypad for 5 seconds until it sounds.

5. To adjust motor direction from RH to LH door, push 123 button under battery cover of internal body and push “7” on keypad for 5 seconds until it sounds.
